The essentials
Under Financial tracking → Collections, sort receivables by overdue days or amount. Balances take invoice payments and linked credit notes into account.
Choose which balances to follow up first
View invoice number, customer, due date and outstanding balance. Sorting by age highlights overdue amounts; sorting by amount identifies larger balances. Invoiced amounts are not treated as cash received.
Record calls or payment promises
Add a note, call or dated payment promise. History preserves context for your team. A promise does not reduce the balance: record payment when it is actually received.
Follow up with the right documents
Open the invoice to inspect delivery history and prepare a reminder. Automatic email reminders require an active service and company opt-in, at most once a week. The module does not launch WhatsApp campaigns or legal proceedings.

Frequently asked questions
Does a payment promise change the balance?
No. It supports customer follow-up. Only recorded payments and linked credit notes change the amounts used in the balance.
Can I choose how to prioritise receivables?
Yes. Sort by overdue age or outstanding amount, then open the invoice and record the action taken.
