The essentials
Under Invoicing → Delivery notes, create a document or choose a source customer order. Quantities carried over from a complete order cannot be edited in this workflow.
Create a standalone or linked delivery
Select the customer and lines, or carry over a complete order. A source order can be delivered only once through this workflow. Automatic partial deliveries and backorders are not available.
Deduct products that are tracked
Select catalogue products in the lines to connect them to stock. Products with tracking enabled are deducted when the note is issued; free-text lines have no product to deduct. Insufficient stock blocks the outgoing movement.
Keep the document distinct from an invoice
The PDF includes a number, parties, lines and a signature area to complete. It remains archived. It is neither an invoice nor proof of payment; this workflow does not collect an electronic recipient signature.

Frequently asked questions
Can I deliver part of a source order?
The current workflow carries over the complete order and prevents a second delivery from the same source. Automatic partial deliveries and backorder calculations are not offered in this version.
Does a free-text line reduce stock?
No. Automatic outgoing movements apply to lines linked to a catalogue product with stock tracking enabled. Check the selected product before issuing the note.
