WhatsApp & QR sharing

The right document, through the right link.
You stay in control of sharing.

The essentials

From an issued document, choose Share by link or WhatsApp. The link lasts 7 days. Anyone holding it can view the PDF, so share it only with intended recipients.

01

Create the link when you need it

Link creation is explicit and limited to authorised users. The URL is shown then for copying or opening in WhatsApp. No WhatsApp message is sent automatically; choose the recipient and confirm sending inside WhatsApp.

02

Find the QR on the sharing page

The page shows the document, its PDF fingerprint and a QR pointing to the same link. The check verifies that the file matches the archive. It is neither DGI certification nor a qualified electronic signature and does not modify the issued PDF.

03

Revoke a link without rewriting the document

Shared links lets you stop access before expiry. Revoking a link does not delete the archive and cannot recall a file already downloaded by a recipient. Understand the duration and limits before sharing.

Frequently asked questions

Is the QR added to existing invoice PDFs?

No. The QR is available on the sharing page. Previously issued PDFs retain their archived version. The QR is not a DGI acceptance stamp.

Does the recipient need a Factino account?

No. The link opens the PDF during its validity period. Anyone it is forwarded to can also use it. Revoke it if sharing was unintended.
