The essentials
Under Financial tracking → Purchases & expenses, record a supplier invoice and check its remaining balance. Supplier records and purchases stay separate from your other companies.
A directory for the right supplier
Record the supplier’s name, address, contact details and ICE when available. Each received invoice links to a supplier, date, due date and category to make follow-up easier.
Partial payments, a clear balance
Enter the received invoice’s lines, amounts and VAT. Record payments with a date, method and reference. Each payment reduces the balance; the software blocks payments above the outstanding amount.
Private evidence, separate accounting review
Attach a PDF or image up to 5 MB. Access follows company permissions. Recording a purchase does not automatically receive goods or make VAT deductible. Those steps remain explicit.

Frequently asked questions
Can I record several payments for a purchase?
Yes. Partial payments are linked to the supplier invoice and reduce its balance. Enter the payment date, method and a reference when required.
Does recording a purchase add stock immediately?
No. Record the receipt in Stock using the actual quantity received and a reason. You can link it to the purchase for context. Payment and receipt are separate events.
