The essentials
Under Invoicing → Customer orders, create a customer document or carry over an issued quote from its page. Conversion prepares a draft invoice that must be checked and issued separately.
Carry over quote information
An issued quote can become the order source. Customer details and lines are carried over to reduce retyping. You can also create an order directly by selecting the customer, products or services and expected date.
Keep an order PDF
On issue, Factino assigns a document number and preserves its content and PDF. This customer order does not replace an invoice, prove payment or collect an electronic customer signature.
Prepare the next step without duplicate conversion
From the order, open or create its draft invoice. Repeating this action returns the same draft. A delivery can also carry over the complete order; creating an order alone does not reserve stock.

Frequently asked questions
Are these customer orders or supplier purchase orders?
This feature covers customer orders. Received supplier invoices and payments are managed in Purchases & expenses; a supplier purchase-order workflow is not advertised here.
Does conversion immediately issue an invoice?
No. It creates or opens a draft. Check the information, payment instructions and preparation checks before issuing the invoice through the usual workflow.
