The essentials
Factino offers optional TOTP double authentication, permissions by company, an activity log and retention of the issued PDF version. These protections do not constitute security certification or qualified electronic archiving.
Protect accounts every day
Email address verification and password recovery are provided in the account journey. TOTP two-factor authentication can be enabled. Use individual access, a unique password and an internal procedure for the departure or change of responsibility of an employee.
Limit access to real need
Permissions define the actions allowed in each company. Check members regularly and remove access that is no longer needed. The Pro offer adds API keys with permissions and expiration; treat them as secrets and don't share them in support exchanges.
Find the released versions
PDFs and data frozen during transmission make it possible to find the original version. Fingerprints are used for integrity checks; the diary traces important actions. This traceability does not replace a qualified electronic signature, a trusted timestamp or a certified electronic archiving system.
Prepare the continuity of your activity
The server currently has a daily full backup. An additional off-server bucket backup destination is not enabled at this time. Preservation, recovery testing, and your organization's specific requirements should be part of your review before actual use.
