The essentials
Under Directory → Stock, enable tracking for relevant products, set minimum levels and inspect history. Stock belongs to the selected company and is not shared across companies.
Track only the products you need
Catalogue products may be tracked or untracked. For tracked products, set a minimum level and record opening stock with a reasoned movement. Availability, low stock and out-of-stock states follow quantities and the threshold.
Link outgoing stock to delivery
A delivery note reduces tracked stock for the products selected in its lines. An order alone does not reserve quantities and an invoice alone does not deduct them. The software blocks outgoing movements that would make stock negative.
Keep an explicit history
Receipts and adjustments carry a positive or negative quantity and a reason. A receipt may reference a purchase. Current tracking covers quantities per company; it does not provide multiple warehouses or accounting stock valuation.

Frequently asked questions
Do invoices change my stock?
No. Outgoing quantities are linked to delivery notes for tracked products. This separation avoids counting a sale twice across ordering, invoicing and delivery.
Are low-stock alerts emailed?
The screen shows low-stock or out-of-stock status based on the configured threshold. This version does not advertise automatic replenishment-alert emails.
