The essentials
Factino payment tracking associates amounts received with invoices issued. It distinguishes a partial payment from a full payment and makes it possible to identify balances to be collected and overdue deadlines.
Follow regulations, including partial ones
A payment received may only cover part of the bill. Save the payment amount and information, then view the remaining balance. Payment status helps distinguish what has been collected from what is still owed, without changing the issued version of the document.
Spot late invoices
The due date and a positive balance help identify the invoices to follow. Before any follow-up, reconcile the information from your statements and your customer exchanges. A displayed delay is not proof of dispute or refusal of payment.
Understanding the Dashboard Numbers
The amount charged does not necessarily represent the money received. Consult the indicators, reports and CSV exports over a suitable period to prepare your discussions with the accountant. Factino does not provide automatic bank reconciliation or comprehensive cash management.
Use reminders with the right prerequisites
Payment reminders are optional per company and depend on the email service as well as the active scheduler. Sending must be configured before use. Paying your Factino subscription is a separate process from tracking invoices issued to your own customers.
