The essentials
The generic UBL 2.1 export from Factino is available on invoices and credit notes issued, on all offers. Each file passes official OASIS XML schema validation and retains the amounts of the archived version. It does not transmit anything to the DGI and does not claim a DGI, Peppol or EN16931 profile.
One document, two ways to read it
The PDF presents the document to a person. XML structures its information for software processing: number, dates, parts, lines, taxes, totals and payment information available in the archive. The download is located next to the PDF of an issued invoice or credit note; drafts and quotes are not affected by this version.
An export based on the issued version
The information comes from the archived document, not from customer files or current company contact details. Payments received after issuance do not rewrite the original amount in the XML. The credit notes indicate the reference of the corrected invoice and their specific amounts, including for a partial correction.
Checks before downloading
Factino reconciles row sums and totals, verifies the structure with locally stored OASIS schemas, and archives the XML file upon first export. The following downloads use this version with fingerprint control. No data is sent to an external validator. A missing or corrupt file is reported, without automatic replacement of the evidence.
Check recipient compatibility
A valid UBL structure does not guarantee acceptance by all software or by an administration. The recipient may require a profile, codes or additional information. The designations ICE, IF, RC and TP use schema identifiers specific to this mapping; no official DGI identification scheme is claimed. The qualified electronic signature and the DGI transmission remain separate and not activated.

Frequently asked questions
Does valid UBL mean accepted by the DGI?
No. XSD validation checks XML structure and types. Business rules, recipient requirements, and administrative acceptance require separate validations.
Does the export use the current payment balance?
No. It keeps the amounts of the document issued. Payments received and credit notes subsequently issued remain separate events or documents.
