The essentials
Under Directory → CSV / Excel import, choose customers or products, download the template and upload your file. Imported records belong only to the selected company.
Prepare the expected columns
Use CSV UTF-8 or the first worksheet of an XLSX file, with up to 500 data rows and 2 MB. Templates show expected fields. Products need a SKU and a company tax rule; keep ICE identifiers as text to preserve leading zeros.
Read the preview before confirming
Invalid rows are flagged and block confirmation. Correct the information and preview again. The preview remains tied to the account and company and expires after 15 minutes. Selecting a file alone does not execute an import.
Create without overwriting existing records
On confirmation, duplicates are skipped without updating existing records: name, address and country for customers; SKU for products. This workflow imports records, not historical invoices, payments or opening stock. Legacy XLS files and formulas are not supported.

Frequently asked questions
Does import update existing records?
No. Detected duplicates are skipped without overwriting. Import creates missing records; it is not continuous synchronisation with Excel.
Can I import historical invoices with this tool?
This workflow covers customers and products. Historical invoices, numbers, payments and opening stock are not imported through this form. Prepare numbering continuity and stock movements separately.
