Factino is online invoicing software for Morocco. It includes invoice preparation, continuous numbering per company, five PDF presentations and payment tracking. The issuance version remains preserved.
Prepare before transmitting
An invoice starts with correct data. Provide information about your company, customer, services or products, quantities and prices. Drafts allow you to reread the document before sending it. Check the tax profile, the effective dates of the rules and the information specific to your situation with your accountant.
A continuous series to identify your documents
Before issuing your first invoice, configure the prefix, number format and minimum number of digits. The counter continues when the year changes. Any starting number above 1 must be documented; the settings are then locked in Factino to preserve the sequence. Historical invoices are not renumbered.
Five models, the same information base
Choose Classic, Professional practice, Retail, Workshop or Studio. Your logo and contact details appear alongside invoice lines, taxes, totals and payment details. The design does not hide this information. Previewing a sample does not use an invoice number; none of these designs is presented as approved by DGI.
Keep the version that was issued
Changing your logo or template later does not rewrite the archived PDFs. For a correction, prepare a full or partial credit note linked to the original invoice, depending on the case validated with your accountant. Then find the payments and the balance in the same space.

Frequently asked questions
Does the PDF change if I change the logo?
No. The document already issued keeps its archived version. Personalization applies to new shows.
Can I send an invoice directly by email?
Sending depends on the configuration and activation of the e-mail service. The PDF download remains available.
