Factino facilitates collaboration around invoicing: invitations, permissions by company, CSV exports and activity log. It supports data preparation; it does not replace general accounting or tax advice.
Define responsibilities before sharing
Invite the employee concerned and adapt the permissions to the tasks assigned. Preparing documents, issuing, consulting or monitoring regulations must correspond to your organization. Members included depend on offer; accounting access is not advertised as a free additional user.
Find company files in the accountant portfolio
The portfolio includes only companies your account can access by invitation. Review their invoice and purchase counts and open receivables, then open the selected file. Permissions remain those granted in each company; the portfolio gives no global access to other customers.
Keep each company within its scope
Data and settings remain associated with the selected company. The context change allows you to find the right file without mixing your clients and documents with those of another company. The number of authorized companies depends on the plan chosen and the access granted.
Prepare the elements to transmit
Use CSV accounting or VAT reports and exports for the chosen period. Check columns, amounts and compatibility with your practice's tools before defining your procedure. No universal native connector to Sage, Cegid or other accounting software is claimed.
Organize a recipe with the accountant
Before actual commissioning, have the identifiers, tax regime, tax rules and their references checked. Test an issue, partial payment and credit score on fictitious data. Keep reservations and points to clarify, particularly for particular sectors or operations.
